South African company APPLIED HEAT (PTY) LTD specialises in the design and manufacture of a large variety of industrial heaters.
The company was established in 1969 and is based in Wynberg, Johannesburg.
Applied Heat (pty) ltd is represented nationwide, and offers a full range of spares / service for its heating plants. Plants can be fully serviced, repaired & refurbished or upgraded / modernised as required.
The company has supplied over 3500 industrial process heaters in South Africa, and has a wealth of experience in many fields of industrial heating.
Applied Heat (pty) ltd offers three main product ranges, through which most heating applications can be serviced.
The first range consists of various standard sizes of thermal fluid heaters, typically fuel-fired or electrically heated. This is suited for application temperatures up to 350°C.
The second range consists of various standard sizes of fuel-fired flash-steam boilers. Here, saturated steam is produced in under 3 minutes at pressures up to 40 Bar.
For its third range consisting of air / space heaters, Applied Heat has represented the Italian made BIEMMEDUE product range since 1986, and carries a full range of new and rental portable heaters. A full range of spares and technical service & support is offered. These ARCOTHERM heaters are used in a variety of fields from winter heating in factories, to semi-industrial drying applications, and even agriculture.
